Dear Prospective Grand Blanc Soccer Supporter:
As a prospective supporter of our soccer program, we are asking that you consider contributing financially to our fund raising efforts.
The Annual Ryan Schlee
Memorial 3V3 Soccer Tournament is our primary fund raising event for the
Grand Blanc High School Soccer Program. It is held in July every
year.
The goal of the tournament is to raise money for annual soccer scholarships in Ryan Schlee’s memory and to support the Grand Blanc High School Boys and Girls Soccer Program. Your donations allow us to be able to give out two scholarships, one each to a senior girl and boy soccer player, and build and maintain our soccer program.
Our previous fund raising efforts have allowed us to develop one of the finest high school programs and field complexes in the state. Through the efforts of our community members we have accomplished many things;
· Our soccer sign at the northeast corner of the field and our website (www.grandblancsoccer.org) keep the community informed about our games, activities, and accomplishments.
· Our soccer achievement sign at the entrance to the bandstands and fields.
· Field improvement is continuously underway. We have added additional practice area and improved the playing field through asphalt removal, reseeding, and sprinkler system additions. Heaters were added to the player benches. Bleacher replacement is being considered for the west side of the field.
· Equipment was purchased and installed for our concession stand and for the soccer program.
